“…Clause 32 – …(2) It is obligatory to obtain a Plan Transaction Number from the Ministry system before the spatial plans and their revisions, additions and changes regarding these plans are approved by the authorities authorized to take decisions in line with the relevant legislation.…”
In our country, the e-Plan Automation System application, which provides the opportunity to follow, query, archive and make various analyzes on the relevant plans of all the ongoing processes from the offer to the administrations with approval authority by the plan authors until the finalization of all spatial planning applications has been put into service as of 19.12.2019.
In addition to the numerically prepared drawings of each plan, which has a singular identity with the plan transaction number; plan notes, explanation reports, decisions and minutes, institution opinions and objections regarding the relevant plan can be viewed on a single interface.
Within the scope of the project, Plan GIS Desktop Application which is a spatial plan preparation software was developed in order to produce spatial plans in a standard structure in accordance with the provisions and indications in the zoning legislation. PlanGML data format was created in order to create a data structure in accordance with international standards, GIS structure and national zoning legislation.
